Brodie Creek
History of Brodie Creek
The area was initially developed in the early 2000s as a master-planned community, with a focus on providing upscale housing options for families and professionals. The neighborhood is named after the nearby Brodie Creek, a tributary of the Arkansas River. The area surrounding the creek was historically used for agriculture, with farms and fields stretching out across the land. However, in the late 20th century, as Little Rock began to grow and develop, the area began to attract the attention of developers who saw its potential as a prime residential location.
In the early 2000s, development of the Brodie Creek neighborhood began in earnest. The community was designed to offer a variety of housing options, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. The homes were built in a range of architectural styles, from traditional to modern, with a focus on high-quality materials and finishes. In addition to its residential offerings, the Brodie Creek neighborhood also features a number of amenities designed to appeal to its residents. These include a community pool, a fitness center, and walking trails, as well as easy access to nearby shopping and dining options.
